Getting to Novalja
While the Zadar is the nearest to Novalja, in peak season flights are often hard to come by. It is advisable to choose Split airport which is the biggest in the south part of Croatia and just a couple of hours away from the coast. The summer season is extremely popular so there are always good bus services available. Below is an idea on one of the best routes to choose:
Taxi To Trogir: Trogir falls west to the airport which means it will be on your way to Pag. Taxis cost around €25-30 for up to 8 passengers.
Bus from Trogir To Zadar: Take a look at BusCroatia for timetables, there are various departures but they can be irregular.
Bus From Zadar To Novalja: This is the shortest part of the journey. There are only a few departures each day but they are generally well-timed with the incoming services.
